Stephen is a welcoming, neurodiverse, and inclusive counsellor working in the mental health field since 2012. He offers counselling services to individuals (12+) who are living with anxiety, depression, anger issues, trauma (PTSD) and more; and couples who are looking to improve their connection, trust, intimacy, and communication skills

Stephen can help individuals who are living with depression, anxiety, trauma (PTSD), anger issues, family violence, addiction, goal/motivation development, and personal growth.
Stephen has experience working together with couples to improve communication, develop conflict resolution skills, recover trust, heal from infidelity, strengthen bonds and renew connection.
